Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Carrier
We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.
Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. USPS Priority Mail options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Free Shipping
Free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout. Qualifying orders will automatically have free shipping applied. Check the checkout page for current thresholds — we update these periodically.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the USPS website to track your package in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at team@ribcast.madethis.app. We'll work with USPS to resolve the issue and make it right.
