30-Day Return Window

We want you to love what you buy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Be in their original packaging
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

   Email team@ribcast.madethis.app with your order number and the reason for the return.

   Receive Instructions

   We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns).

   Ship It Back

   Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

   Get Your Refund

   Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at team@ribcast.madethis.app with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right — full refund or replacement, your choice.
